We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Cheema Bros. Meat Shop. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for cutting and preparing meat products for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Cutting and Preparation: Cut carcasses, sides, and quarters of meat to create standard cuts.
- Meat Processing: Cut, trim, and prepare meat for packaging and sale.
- Meat Handling: Remove bones from meat, cut poultry into parts, and clean and prepare fish and shellfish.
- Meat Grinding and Sausage Making: Grind meats and make special sausages for our customers.
- Meat Display and Presentation: Prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products to attract customers.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a butcher shop or meat processing environment.
- Work Setting: Butcher shop environment with a focus on meat cutting and preparation.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
