The Role

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will provide leadership, support, and advice to employees and leaders on a range of employee and labour relations opportunities and issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with supervisors and managers to enable workplace strategies and achieve business goals.
  • Provide coaching and consulting to supervisors and managers on talent and performance management processes.
  • Investigate alleged violations of the collective agreement, company policies, and employment legislation.
  • Resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and issues promptly.
  • Work with the People & Culture Centre of Excellence to develop and deliver P&C programs and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in human resources management, labour relations, or a related discipline.
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is strongly preferred.
  • Certified Human Resources Professional designation (CHRP or CHRL).
  • Knowledge and understanding of employment legislation and labour law.
