Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service at the pump, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
- Dispense fuel and propane with precision, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
- Perform windshield cleaning and check oil/fluid levels, ensuring vehicles are properly maintained.
- Process fuel and merchandise payments efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions.
- Receive, unpack, and display merchandise with care, maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Perform car wash cleaning duties as needed, ensuring a high level of cleanliness.
- Support marketing initiatives to enhance customer experience, promoting products and services.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Requirements:
- Minimum age requirement: 16 years old (as per government regulations for dispensing fuel and propane).
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers.
- Previous cash handling and customer service experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Team player with the ability to work independently, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.; some heavy lifting is required.
- Previous experience in fuel dispensing is an asset, with training available for the right candidate.
