We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Expert to join our Domestic Tax team as a Senior Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional tax services to our clients, driving business growth, and leading a team of tax professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate Client Business Processes: Assess client business processes and policies to identify areas for improvement and develop proactive tax strategies to drive business growth.
- Apply Specialized Knowledge: Utilize your expertise in tax policy and legislation to anticipate, identify, and address tax issues relevant to our clients' businesses.
- Lead Tax Projects: Provide technical and project management leadership to team members on Domestic Tax projects, ensuring quality control standards are met.
- Develop Tax Strategies: Identify and develop strategies for clients to capitalize on business and tax opportunities, including tax reorganizations and corporate, trust, and estate tax returns.
- Build Client Relationships: Foster positive working relationships with clients, providing effective support for engagements and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Develop Team Members: Engage in training and professional development of team members, investing in their growth and success.
- Professional Qualifications: CPA designation, In-Depth Tax Program, and/or Master's in Tax.
- Experience: 7 years of experience in public accounting with a specialization in Tax for a minimum of 3 years.
- Skills: Extensive understanding of relevant tax legislation, corporate, personal, and trust tax planning and compliance, strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
