Position Overview

The Food Services Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining establishment. This position requires a dedicated individual with a strong background in food service management.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience is necessary.
Work Environment

This role is set within a vibrant restaurant atmosphere, where efficiency and quality are paramount.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order and manage kitchen supplies and food inventory.
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
  • Provide training to staff on their job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
  • Assess and estimate the ingredients and supplies needed for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that food quality and service standards are consistently met.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of the culinary styles offered by the establishment.
  • Develop and implement work schedules for staff.
