Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

- Extensive experience in QA automation utilizing tools such as Selenium or equivalent.
- Develop both manual and automated testing scripts for new features; familiarity with Agile SCRUM is advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), particularly in automated QA processes within agile frameworks.
- Construct testing infrastructures employing containerization technologies like Docker, and engage in continuous delivery and release pipeline activities.
- Participate in the review of business requirements and conduct walkthrough meetings.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to formulate a Test Strategy and Plan for pilot implementations.
- Provide constructive feedback to management regarding the completeness and quality of vendor plans for execution.
- Conduct various testing types including functional, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Execute UAT test cases and meticulously document outcomes.
- Log application defects using the designated defect reporting tool.
- Organize and lead regular defect review meetings with involved parties.
- Supply defect status reports throughout testing phases.
- Attend regular project team meetings to provide updates and status reports as necessary.
- Deliver weekly reports confirming the status of assigned tasks.

Required QA Skills:
- Proven experience in all aspects of system testing and Agile testing methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to document UAT artifacts, including test cases and execution findings.
- Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience in creating Test Cases, Test Strategies, and Test Plans, including Test Case Execution, Defect Triaging, and Defect Logging.

Essential Skills:
- Minimum years of experience in comprehensive system testing.
- Proficiency in Agile testing methodologies.
- Ability to plan and develop Test Plans and Test Cases to ensure development outputs align with defined specifications in coordination with business requirements and technical specifications.
- Knowledge in testing applications in Business Process Management (BPM).
- Document, track, and escalate issues as necessary, utilizing tools such as Azure DevOps or similar.
