As a Senior Manager, Application Development, you'll join our Enterprise Technology team to direct solution delivery, ensure stable operations, and provide strategic partnership to retail branches across Canada. You'll lead multiple teams of developers responsible for end-to-end software delivery of microservices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver high-quality banking applications using enterprise-level technologies.
  • Lead discussions with business and technical teams to drive continuous improvements in technology and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and guidelines by applying them fairly and consistently.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading Application Development teams using emerging technologies like SAS, Informatica, Syncsort, Oracle, and Cloud-native.
  • Strong technical acumen and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects.
