We are seeking a skilled Installation Specialist to join our team at FloForm Countertops. As an Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for installing high-quality laminate and wood surface tops in residential and commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install laminate and wood surface tops on site, ensuring a professional finish and meeting customer expectations
  • Remove existing countertops and plumbing as required, and dispose of materials responsibly
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicate with the office to resolve any issues that cannot be addressed on site
  • Troubleshoot technical problems related to installation and provide solutions

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in countertop installation, with a focus on laminate and wood surfaces
  • Ability to read and understand custom layouts and designs
  • Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor
  • Clear driver's license and a clean criminal record check
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to carry heavy materials
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
