Job Summary

The Service Technician is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and providing exceptional customer service. As a Service Technician, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers to resolve issues and provide solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and diagnose equipment problems, identifying the root cause and implementing corrective action.
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on equipment, ensuring it is in good working order.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document all work completed, including verification of closing calls and asset verification.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company safety standards and guidelines.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to read and write in English.
  • Effective communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
