Compensation: The annual base salary for this position ranges from $56,000 to $172,700. STEMCELL determines individual pay within this range based on various factors, including experience, education, job-related skills, and team equity. For roles eligible for sales incentives, the mentioned range includes target incentives, with actual incentives based on individual performance in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package, including health benefits and retirement savings.
Health and Safety Policy: STEMCELL's vaccination policy mandates that all candidates for this role must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, as per local health authority recommendations, unless an exemption is approved through our accommodation request process.
