About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Automobile Accessories Installation Specialist to join our team at Ashton Tire Ltd. As an essential member of our operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our motor vehicle parts assembly process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and Maintain Workspace: Ensure a safe and organized working environment by cleaning and maintaining your workspace.
  • Motor Vehicle Parts Assembly: Bolt, screw, clip, weld, solder, or otherwise fasten motor vehicle parts and components together to create high-quality assemblies.
  • Automated Equipment Operation: Operate and tend automated assembling equipment to streamline the assembly process and improve efficiency.
  • Cable and Wire Connection: Connect cables, tubes, and wires to complete assemblies and installations, ensuring proper connections and functionality.
  • Part Positioning and Installation: Position and install parts, subassemblies, and accessories, ensuring accurate and precise placement.
  • Part Inspection and Adjustment: Inspect and adjust parts to ensure proper fit and function, making any necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
  • Defect Identification and Reporting: Identify and report motor vehicle defects to be repaired, ensuring that all issues are addressed promptly.
  • Electrical Assembly Testing: Test motor vehicle electrical assemblies, equipment, and wiring for proper performance, ensuring that all systems function as intended.
  • Auto Part Inspection: Inspect auto parts for defects, ensuring that all components meet our quality standards.
  • Fully Assembled Vehicle Inspection: Inspect fully assembled motor vehicles for defects, ensuring that all systems and components function properly.
  • Defect Correction and Verification: Ensure that previously noted defects have been corrected, verifying that all issues have been addressed.
  • Vehicle Testing and Quality Assurance: Drive and test motor vehicles on roll testing devices to ensure that transmission, axle, engine, and brakes function properly, ensuring that all vehicles meet our quality standards.
