Salesforce CRM Management

We are looking for a professional who can administer and optimize the Salesforce CRM system to streamline lead management, enhance customer relationships, and ensure accurate reporting. The ideal candidate will be able to customize Salesforce to align with our sales and marketing processes and objectives, and provide ongoing training and support to our sales and marketing teams on leveraging Salesforce for maximum efficiency.

Digital Marketing

We are seeking a professional who can develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and support sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be able to utilize digital marketing tools, including email campaigns, social media, SEO, and PPC, to drive engagement and conversion, and analyze digital marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.

Trade Shows and Events

We are looking for a professional who can plan and execute participation in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote brand awareness and generate leads. The ideal candidate will be able to coordinate logistics, booth design, and promotional materials for trade show exhibitions, collaborate with our sales team to maximize lead generation and networking opportunities at events, and create and maintain dashboards and reports within Salesforce to provide actionable insights for our sales and marketing teams.

Team Collaboration

We are seeking a professional who can collaborate with our cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce CRM with other business systems. The ideal candidate will be able to work closely with our sales team to understand their needs and provide marketing support aligned with sales goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in inside sales and marketing, with a focus on Salesforce CRM, digital marketing, and trade show management.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce features, configuration, and customization.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in planning and coordinating trade shows and events.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.

Certifications: Salesforce Administrator or other relevant certifications are a plus.
