Dental Practice Coordinator

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work alongside and learn from our industry-leading clinicians, utilizing the most advanced treatment technologies and training & development programs.
Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:00am - 5:00pm (with occasional weekends and late evenings)

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients as they arrive, ensuring a lasting positive impression
- Optimize the appointment schedule to ensure a full day with minimal gaps
- Effectively manage the recall system and maintain accurate patient databases
- Manage patient calls and inquiries about appointments, confirmations, amendments, and cancellations
- Process referral letters and patient correspondence, and manage and file patient records and charts
About You:
- Clinical background and experience with dental software programs are considered an asset
- Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada
