Job Summary

Mega Signs Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Head Cashier to join our team. As a key member of our retail store, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
  • Assign sales workers to duties and manage store operations
  • Order merchandise and authorize returns to maintain inventory levels
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely manner
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock levels
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
