About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Synergy Homes Inc. as a Construction Helper. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are eager to learn and work in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to ensure a smooth finish.
  • Assist skilled tradespersons in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications to ensure a stable foundation.
  • Pave and rake asphalt to create a smooth surface.
  • Assist in demolishing buildings and clean up debris.
  • Perform routine maintenance work to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
  • Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites to ensure safety.
  • Perform other laboring and elemental activities as required.
Work Environment

As a Construction Helper, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a physically demanding workload. You will be required to handle heavy loads and work in a variety of weather conditions.
