Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Victoria Hospital in Prince Albert. As a member of our General Medical Nursing Unit, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, promoting health and healing through education and support
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs and preferences
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry advancements
Requirements
  • Practical Nursing diploma from a recognized institution
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Saskatchewan
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Valid driver's license, where required
