Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Merchandising Supervisor to oversee part-time merchandising activities, focusing on grocery resets and relines. This role is essential for ensuring the effective execution of merchandising strategies.
What We Offer:
- Competitive pay at $18/hour.
- Flexible scheduling options available, primarily during weekday mornings and afternoons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute resets and relines by interpreting and implementing planograms accurately.
- Manage product tagging, rotation, and shelf placement, including adjustments to shelf heights.
- Foster strong relationships with management teams and assigned merchandisers.
- Provide timely electronic updates on merchandising activities and hours worked.
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation to various local retail locations.
- Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours) and lift weights exceeding 50 lbs.
- Proficiency with smartphone technology is essential.
- Previous experience in grocery or large-scale retail merchandising is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with planogram execution is advantageous; training will be provided.
- Capability to work independently or collaboratively with other merchandising staff.
