Job Summary

Regional Sewer and Watermain Ltd. is seeking a skilled Heavy-Duty Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our heavy-duty equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and Inspect Equipment: Identify and diagnose faults and malfunctions in heavy-duty equipment to determine the extent of repair required.
  • Repair and Maintain Equipment: Perform repairs, adjustments, and maintenance on heavy-duty equipment to ensure it meets manufacturers' specifications.
  • Clean and Lubricate Equipment: Clean, lubricate, and perform other maintenance work on heavy-duty equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Test and Verify Equipment: Test repaired equipment to ensure it meets manufacturers' specifications and is safe for operation.
  • Perform Physical Demands: Perform tasks that require physical stamina, including bending, crouching, kneeling, and handling heavy loads.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in heavy-duty equipment maintenance or repair.
  • Language: English or French.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.

As a Heavy-Duty Equipment Maintenance Specialist with Regional Sewer and Watermain Ltd., you will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of experienced professionals. You will be required to work in a physically demanding environment and be able to lift heavy loads.
