**Customer Experience – Client Implementations/Solutions - Professional Services**

The Senior Implementation Consultant (SIC) role is a vital component of our Professional Services Organization, dedicated to delivering Contract Intelligence and Workflow solutions to our clientele. This encompasses several key focus areas:

- Exhibits comprehensive product knowledge of the Evisort platform

- Ensures high-quality service engagements for significant or strategic clients, acting as the lead process analyst, technical architect, and/or advisor

- Adheres to Professional Services implementation standards and methodologies

- Validates, collects, and evaluates intricate solutions to provide thoughtful and necessary recommendations to clients

- Develops proficiency in the configuration of solutions

- Initiates, proposes, and assists in the creation of repeatable business processes and artifacts to scale the organization.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • The SIC is accountable for delivering Evisort solutions to clients, developing extensive expertise across the Evisort platform.
  • Solution Deployment (85%):
  • Collaborates closely with the Project Manager to ensure successful project delivery
  • Produces essential project documentation and secures client approval on requirements, user stories, solution design, and architecture, along with other project artifacts.
  • Conducts technical implementation activities from post-sale to support transition for Professional Services engagements as required for key clients and to balance workload with the team
  • Follows established implementation methodologies and standards
  • Executes project plan tasks associated with engagements
  • Maintains an average of 70% utilization for billable projects
  • Identifies engagement-related challenges and proactively resolves issues
  • Occasionally assists the Customer Support team in troubleshooting and resolving post-production solution challenges
  • Provides technical training and reusable project artifacts for internal or external resources to enhance implementation scalability as needed
  • Upholds Evisort's core values and is intensely focused on delivering successful projects that prepare clients for high-value contracting journeys
  • Engages in pre-sales opportunities to scope and propose Statements of Work (SOWs)
  • Administration (5%):
  • Ensures accurate and timely submission of timesheets, expense reports, and project-related documentation
  • Maintains regular internal communications with the project team, team lead, and manager
  • Provides feedback and updates to internal processes through documentation
  • Training (10%):
  • Continues to stay informed about technology through internal training, lab development, and industry-standard training/certifications

**Minimum Qualifications:**

  • A recognized degree in business administration, computer science, or legal studies (JD)
  • Experience in legal operations, contract management, and administration, as well as commercial contract management
  • Over 7 years of external consulting experience in business process analysis, requirements generation, solution design, configuration, and SaaS project delivery
  • More than 4 years of experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Contract Intelligence (AI). Familiarity with Salesforce, SAP Ariba, Coupa, and other CLM solutions is a significant advantage
  • At least 3 years of experience in scoping and selling Statements of Work (SOWs)
  • Strong understanding of how business requirements are gathered, analyzed, documented, and translated into technical specifications.
  • Proficient in taking technical specifications and configuring/implementing them into a solution.
  • Results-oriented with strong interpersonal and time management skills, highly organized, motivated, and driven to achieve success.

**Business Skills:**

  • Capable of working on or leading a team through fast-paced and complex projects
  • Excellent verbal and written business communication skills, including escalation management and information presentation
  • Strong follow-through, ownership, and responsibility for assigned tasks
  • Effective time management and ability to maintain flexibility
