About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quantitative Equity Analyst to join our team at Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group. As a key member of our investment team, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex financial data to inform investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quantitative models to analyze and optimize investment portfolios
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis of financial markets and economic trends
  • Collaborate with senior investment professionals to develop and implement investment strategies
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform investment decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve investment outcomes
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior investment professionals and other stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and economic trends, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools, such as Excel and Python
  • Relevant academic qualifications, such as a degree in finance, mathematics, or economics
