Your Opportunity

We are seeking a Junior Associate to join our Financial Reporting & Insights team in Peterborough for Fall 2024. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing financial statements for Notice to Reader and Review engagement
  • Preparing working files for income tax and information returns for a variety of client sizes
  • Preparing corporate and/or personal tax returns including information returns
  • Building positive working relationships with clients and effectively responding to requests and suggestions
  • Completing ongoing accounting analysis and assignments following established procedures
  • Effectively communicating with team members regarding progress updates and issues on an ongoing basis

Your Experience and Education

We're looking for someone who has completed their undergraduate degree or diploma in accounting and the necessary pre-requisites. You should have a desire to provide outstanding client service and a commitment to teamwork. You should have proven leadership skills and be able to take initiative to seek understanding. You should display strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
