Welder/Fabricator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled welder/fabricator to join our team at Thenma. As a key member of our shop operations, you will be responsible for assisting in the fabrication and welding of various metal products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret engineered drawings to ensure accurate fabrication and welding
  • Operate CNC waterjet or laser cutting machines as needed
  • Work with a variety of metal alloys and processes
  • Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals

Requirements:

  • Experience in reading engineered drawings
  • Ability to work with a variety of metal alloys and processes
  • Preference given to candidates with DZ or similar licensing

Working Conditions:

Monday – Friday, 7AM-4:30PM. Benefits available after probationary period.
