About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Kidz in the Rockies Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment, preparing and serving food, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to maintain a high level of hygiene and safety.
  • Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation and cooking of food, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits.
  • Dishroom Operations: Operate dishwashers, wash and dry dishes, and maintain a clean and organized dishroom.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate records of food quantities and supplies.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, including answering questions and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a kitchen or food service environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
