Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dairy Frozen Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a Dairy Frozen Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring the efficient stocking and sale of dairy and frozen products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Zones the department to ensure a clean and organized store environment.
  • Rotates stock and checks for expired products to maintain high-quality products for our customers.
  • Ensures merchandise is properly signed and priced to prevent errors and maintain accuracy.
  • Adheres to standards and policies for cold chain compliance, thermometer calibrations, temperature recording, food handling, product rotation, sell-by dates, and expiration dates to ensure food safety and quality.
  • Follows proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels, and maintains features to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Maintains a clean and organized work area, free of fixtures, unnecessary debris, foreign objects, and liquids.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods of time.
