Job Summary

S.i. Systems is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for processing invoices and employee expenses using SAP.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and process invoices and employee expense reports in a timely and accurate manner
  2. Resolve discrepancies with vendors and ensure accurate payment processing
  3. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure seamless financial operations
  4. Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders
Requirements:
  1. 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable in a large enterprise environment
  2. Experience processing employee expense reports and resolving vendor discrepancies
  3. Concur, OpenInvoice, and/or SAP experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
