About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Sun Design & Construction Inc. as an Outside Sales Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for soliciting sales and selling goods or services to customers, as well as providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, and identify new business opportunities to drive growth.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, and use this information to inform sales strategies and improve customer engagement.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales data, and market research, and use this information to inform sales strategies and improve customer engagement.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in word processing software, database software, and spreadsheet software.
Work Environment

This is an on-the-road job, and you will be required to travel to customer sites and attend sales meetings and appointments.
