Job Summary

Canada Post is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in a retail sales environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges, accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service area.
  • Operate a cash register, handle cash, and make change as needed.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and inviting store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail sales experience an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
