Role:

Northern Region Primary Care Transformation Partner

The Northern Region Primary Care Transformation Partner will collaborate with essential stakeholders to execute initiatives focused on enhancing the primary care framework. This role requires engagement with physician leaders, executive directors, and senior leaders within health authorities to facilitate transformation and address any challenges that may arise. Furthermore, this position entails community involvement, conflict resolution, and cooperation with various committees and working groups.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture relationships while aligning objectives among partner groups.
  • Lead transformation initiatives that affect a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Offer strategic insights and thought leadership.
  • Address complex challenges and foresee potential issues.
  • Exhibit executive presence and proficient communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; Master's degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Prior experience working independently.
  • Strong analytical and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and readiness to travel as required.
