About the Role

GTR Immigration INC. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including arranging seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Communication: Open and distribute mail, respond to electronic enquiries, and answer telephone calls and messages in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and maintain accurate records of office procedures and routines.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Office Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure the office is well-stocked and organized.
  • Customer Service: Greet people, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Documentation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, and ensure accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to multitask, and strong organizational skills.
  • Work Conditions: Work under pressure, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
