Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Laboratory Technologist to join our team at Yorkton Regional Health Centre. As a Medical Laboratory Technologist, you will play a critical role in the detection, prevention, and management of physiological and pathological conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform laboratory duties, including testing and analysis of blood and other bodily fluids.
  • Conduct quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely test results.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest laboratory techniques and technologies.
Requirements
  • Medical Laboratory Technology diploma (MLT) from a recognized institution.
  • Canadian Society for Medical Laboratory Science certification.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
