Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement organizational strategies to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to ensure the successful implementation of organizational policies and programs.
- Departmental Management: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
- Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a senior leadership role, or equivalent experience.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, attention to detail, and a large workload.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal skills, oral communication, written communication, and organizational skills.
Work Term: Permanent
Work Language: English
Hours: 30 hours per week
