Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including weekly/monthly results, variance analysis, and forecasts.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring compliance with Masonite, US GAAP, and Canadian regulations.
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual analysis of profit and loss, inventory, capital, headcount, and cash flow.
  • Deliver financial presentations and support for executive reviews, board documents, and business development initiatives.
  • Communicate with internal and external customers, providing accurate and timely information.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, with CPA certification.
  • 0-3 years of accounting experience, with knowledge of Lean Sigma tools and techniques.
  • Excellent organizational skills, including project planning, time management, and project management.
  • Self-starter with flexibility and ability to work on time-sensitive projects without daily supervision.
  • Advanced database and Excel skills, proficient in PowerPoint.
  • Bilingual (English/French).
