Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Training Specialist to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for critical tasks and new equipment.
  • Support training and knowledge transfer from subject matter experts to ensure seamless handovers.
  • Contribute to the development of training programs and materials to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Assist in the analysis of operational data to inform process improvements and optimize workflows.

Requirements:

  • Active student with education or technical studies.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate efficiently with diverse teams.
  • Diligent with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal direction.
  • Understanding and following workplace health and safety rules and regulations.
