Key Responsibilities

  • Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Staff Training: Train kitchen staff and helpers in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to maintain consistency and quality.
  • Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment to maintain inventory levels and ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Cleanliness: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Work Environment

As a Culinary Specialist at Sidebar Grill, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail and quality of service.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Personal Qualities: Dependability, flexibility, initiative, reliability, and a team player attitude are essential for this position.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a 35-40 hour workweek. The work language is English.
