Job Description:

As a Sales Development Representative at RONA Inc., you will play a pivotal role in expanding our business in your assigned territory.

You will drive sales through hunting potential clients, cultivating new accounts, and maintaining relationships with existing customers.

You'll work closely with internal teams to achieve sales objectives and ensure positive growth each year.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively prospect new clients in your territory
  • Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Promote Value Proposition with high close rate
  • Provide accurate information on products and services
  • Collaborate with the team to track prospects and orders
  • Follow up on overdue accounts
