We are a Canadian venture-funded startup with R&D facilities in Vancouver, Toronto, and Shanghai, China. Our team is comprised of experienced storage SoC veterans who are passionate about innovation and excellence.

Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Design Verification Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Verifying the ASIC design, architecture, and golden models using advanced verification methodologies such as UVM.
  • Writing block and top-level tests, as well as debugging failing tests.
  • Working with designers to integrate our IP Cores.
  • Planning and reviewing test plans.
  • Creating functional coverage points.
  • Reviewing verification results and metrics, and driving the verification convergence towards tape-out.
  • Running regression.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering/Science.
  • Experience in verification using random stimulus along with functional coverage and assertion-based verification methodologies.
  • Experience with design and verification tools.
  • Hands-on experience in Perl and Python.
  • Some knowledge of RTL coding (Verilog/VHDL), simulation, synthesis, etc.
  • Good oral and written skills for communication and documentation.

Desirable Skills

The following skills are highly desirable:

  • Verilog, System Verilog.
  • Python and Perl programming.
  • Fast learner.
