About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hairstylist to join our team at Fashion Beauty Salon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Consultations: Meet with clients to discuss their hair care needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations for hair treatments and styles.
  • Hair Services: Cut, trim, color, and style hair to meet client expectations, using a range of techniques and products.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest hair care products and trends, and make recommendations to clients based on their individual needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other stylists and salon staff to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive and supportive team environment.
  • Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide clear explanations of services and products, and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Relocation costs not covered by employer, willing to relocate.
  • Transportation: Own transportation.
Work Environment

Fashion Beauty Salon is a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. As a Hairstylist, you will be required to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. You will also be expected to maintain attention to detail and work effectively in a team environment.
