About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Wholesale Buyer to join our team at Marine Seafood. As a Wholesale Buyer, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices and terms, and overseeing the distribution of merchandise to our outlets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement and Sourcing: Identify and select high-quality merchandise for resale, ensuring that our stores are stocked with the latest products.
  • Supplier Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices, discounts, and credit terms to ensure the best possible deals.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring that our stores are adequately stocked and that we minimize waste and overstocking.
  • Logistics and Distribution: Oversee the distribution of merchandise to our outlets, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and products, ensuring that our stores are always stocked with the latest and greatest.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
