Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Dairy Frozen Associate to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a Dairy Frozen Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring that our dairy and frozen products are properly stocked and displayed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Zones the dairy and frozen departments to ensure a clean and organized store environment.
  • Rotates stock and checks for expired products to maintain high-quality products for our customers.
  • Ensures that merchandise is properly signed and priced to prevent errors and maintain accuracy.
  • Adheres to standards and policies for cold chain compliance, thermometer calibrations, temperature recording, food handling, product rotation, sell-by dates, and expiration dates to ensure food safety and quality.
  • Follows proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing/flagging/pricing/labels to maintain accurate inventory and pricing.
  • Maintains features and keeps the area neat, clean, and organized to provide a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be able to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods of time.
