As a Business Intelligence Manager, you'll be responsible for providing data solutions that drive business strategies. You'll lead a high-performing team of analysts who use statistical methodologies to solve complex business issues and increase profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a high-performing Business Intelligence team
* Work closely with the data team to understand and deliver data modeling requirements
* Collaborate with the business to understand BI solution business requirements and suggest solutions to resolve business problems
* Decide on best business design to meet reporting needs for the organization
* Coach Business Intelligence team in delivering technical solutions based on business requirements
* Troubleshoot and maintain existing applications required
* Implement new enhancements to BI, supporting additional insight into existing products and services
* Ensure correct implementation on initiatives from beginning to end
* Educate and train user community on the potential uses of the business intelligence system
* Perform and adopt best practices in testing and reporting: usability, data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation

Requirements:

* Degree/Diploma (or equivalent training and experience) in a Technology or Business-related discipline
* 5+ years of team management, leadership experience, management of cross-function teams, influencing senior management and key partners
* 5+ years' experience with ETL processes and Data Modelling
* 5+ years' experience in BI platform management, and/or development
* Expertise in data modeling and Cloud Analytics services
* Deep understanding of report / dashboard visualization tools such as Qlik Sense, PowerBI, and Microsoft Fabric
* Ability to work closely with business and IT leadership
* Previous Experience in the automotive industry or dealership environment will be considered as an important asset
