Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Alberta Ltd. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Hire food service staff
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
  • Establish work schedules
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in food service management
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
