Job Title: Application Developer C#.NET

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will assist in the development and maintenance of JavaScript-based call center/dispatch systems, as well as maintaining/upgrading of C# WPF critical applications. The role will also involve creating unit testing, developing integrations to external systems, and supporting and maintaining existing JavaScript-based applications with integrations to telephony and GIS systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of JavaScript-based call center/dispatch systems
  • Maintain and upgrade C# WPF critical applications
  • Create unit testing
  • Develop integrations to external systems
  • Support and maintain existing JavaScript-based applications with integrations to telephony and GIS systems
  • Work with the Systems Architect and operational teams to develop secure and reliable integrations with other applications and external partners using Microsoft Azure API Management
  • Support and maintain C# WPF application and help develop unit tests
  • Help create existing system documentation and document system integration
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in a developer capacity
  • Experience with.NET development using C# (2+ years)
  • Experience with JavaScript, frameworks ([website], D3, etc.), and HTML/CSS with a good understanding of modular, component-based design (2+ years)
  • Experience with React JavaScript Library (2+ years)
  • Experience with SQL Server T-SQL (1+ year)
  • Understanding and experience with API (REST, RPC) and authorization (claims) principles (1+ year)
  • Ability to adhere to a formal CI/CD software development process including unit tests, working with issue/task tracking systems (Azure DevOps), package management (NuGet/NPM), and using multi-branch source control (Git)
  • Experience with using unit testing frameworks such as MSTest, Postman, or xUnit
