Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Fat Bastard Burrito Co. as a key member of our operations team.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all food and service meet our high standards of quality and excellence. This includes supervising and coordinating the activities of our staff, training them in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including training them in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and maintain a fast-paced environment.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
