CEDA is seeking a skilled Class 1 Operator to join our team at our Conklin location. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining a variety of pressure equipment, including combo, semi-vac, super B, tri-quad, and pressure truck equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain pressure equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operation
  • Perform routine maintenance and checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Work safely at heights up to 40 feet, climbing into small vessels and tanks as required
  • Complete minor maintenance and repairs on equipment
  • Ensure safety for all team members and property
  • Provide quality services to our clients
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve project goals
  • Learn new skills and adapt to changing project requirements

Requirements

  • Valid Class 1 licence with no more than 5 demerits in the last 3 years
  • 1+ years' experience in an industrial environment on pressure and vacuum equipment
  • H2S Alive and CSO (Common Safety Orientation or CSTS-09) certification
  • Confined Space - Entry & Monitor, elevated Work Platform, and Supervisor Ground Disturbance Level II tickets an asset
