Develop Your Talents

As a 1st Operator- Flexo / Rotary, you'll have the opportunity to apply your expertise in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Lifting and loading materials
  • Performing basic mathematical calculations and reading tape measures
  • Working with machinery and reviewing job orders
  • Setting up presses and checking samples for quality
  • Monitoring press runs and making adjustments as needed
  • Removing and cleaning plates and cylinders
  • Leading the press crew and ensuring safety procedures are followed

Requirements

We're looking for candidates with:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience
  • Flexo / Rotary experience required (either or both would be an asset)
  • Corrugated experience is an asset
  • Overtime after 40 hours
  • Shift premiums: Afternoon shift - 0.65 cents, Midnights - $1
