Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Whitecourt Pizza Inc.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and maintain inventory levels.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
