Position Overview:
Thank you for considering the opportunity to work as a Certified Esthetician with Hand & Stone - Saskatoon. In this role, you will be recognized as one of the most proficient and trained skin care professionals, delivering exceptional service and results to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome clients with a friendly and inviting demeanor.
  • Provide outstanding customer service at all times.
  • Thoroughly explain treatments to clients prior to initiation.
  • Show a genuine desire to assist clients and promote the health and wellness benefits of skincare treatments.
  • Make informed recommendations regarding product purchases and facial treatment frequency.
  • Perform laser hair removal or waxing services as required.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and promote all spa services and product lines.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and work environment.
  • Update client information in the database and communicate any changes to the Spa Associate or Spa Manager.
Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Esthetics or equivalent certification.
  • Familiarity with various skincare lines and products.
  • Sales experience and effective retail techniques are advantageous.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on discretion.
  • Flexible scheduling availability.
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team.
