Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated French Immersion Teacher to join our team at Holy Family Roman Catholic Separate School Division No. 140. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching French Immersion Elementary Education to students in a dynamic and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective educational program.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to promote a positive and inclusive school culture.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Education Degree from an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education.
  • Valid Saskatchewan Professional 'A' Teaching Certificate and registration with the Saskatchewan Professional Teachers Regulatory Board.
  • Teaching experience with French Immersion Elementary Education.
  • Baccalaureate Degree (BAC) would be considered an asset.
  • Be a practicing Catholic active in his/her personal faith formation.
  • Recent (within 6 months) Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Check upon employment.
