Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and Prepare Work Areas

Clean and maintain equipment, workstations, and surrounding areas to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

  • Apply Coatings and Paints

Select and apply the appropriate coatings and paints to meet the required specifications, using a variety of techniques and equipment.

  • Prepare and Apply Stencils and Decals

Prepare and apply stencils and decals to finished products, ensuring accurate placement and adherence to quality standards.

  • Maintain Equipment and Tools

Clean and maintain equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance and extend their lifespan.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field is preferred.

  • Physical Demands

The Industrial Coatings Specialist will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. They must be able to lift and move equipment and materials, and work in a physically demanding environment.

  • Personal Qualities

The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work in a team environment. They must be flexible, organized, and reliable, with a strong commitment to quality and safety.

Working Conditions
  • Work Environment

The Industrial Coatings Specialist will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. They will be required to work in a physically demanding environment, with exposure to chemicals and equipment.

  • Work Schedule

The Industrial Coatings Specialist will work 30 to 40 hours per week, with a regular schedule and occasional overtime as required.
