About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Flytom Transportation Ltd. As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for purchasing general and specialized equipment, materials, and business services to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchase general and specialized equipment, materials, or business services to meet the needs of our organization.
  • Assess the requirements of our establishment to develop specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be purchased.
  • Consult with suppliers to negotiate prices and terms.
  • Review quotations and determine contract terms and conditions.
  • Establish delivery schedules and monitor progress.
  • Resolve problems with clients and suppliers.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
